If I had my way, this is how it would go:

Healthcare scams and the pitfalls of fine print, high premiums and ignorant systematic screw-overs have led to the deaths of a number of innocent Americans. Why we cannot mirror our industrial European counterparts and adopt a universal healthcare system is still a mystery to me. I wouldn't call myself an ideologist but it just makes sense.
